NIA is a movement-based transformation practice that guides you into JOY, FREE EXPRESSION and VITALITY in your body, mind, emotions and spirit. You will learn how to 'get out of your head' and back home, into your body.
Develop grace, power and muscle tone as you move to diverse and inspiring music. Nia draws on martial arts, dance and healing arts, providing a wide variety to both delight and challenge your mental, emotional and physical movement patterns.
